Selling Large Network Of Blogs And Informational Sites - Passive Revenue

I'm selling my entire network of sites. These are mostly blogs and informational sites, with thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of development work, and writing invested.

I've made about $15,000 over the last couple of years just leaving these things running. Usually I start them up, throw some content up, lose interest, and wander off to do something else. Now, after 6 months of complete ngelect, I'm making about $150 per month still, without even touching it. Last summer I pretty much stopped with IM as my programming business started to pick up.

Now, given current revenue of $150 a month on complete autopilot, I'd say in the ballpark of $2k is fair (~1.5x yearly revenue), given the fact that $150 is a pitiful amount compared to what I made when I spent just a few hours a month updating things.

Keep in mind on top of the revenue you get a good $5K worth of development work on the other sites. But this can all be negotiated depending on exactly what you want.

ingeek.com (decent steady traffic, never tried too hard to monetize)
linuxhcl.com (had this site since 2007, has been steady ever since. great niche site)
mobiloard.com (a simple forum with surprisingly high revenue when it was active)
nocontractplans.com (good site, steady revenue)
plancomparison.org (i have the site, but not the domain, it got swiped. good site though, integrates with a wordpress blog and mybb forum out of the box. at least $1k worth of development work. just needs a new domain. screenshot is attached)
thehostingjudge.com (a few hundred worth of development work, but never got much publicity)
themehappy.com (same as above, very seo optimized too with a ton of functionality. good market too)
widgets4android.com (a few cheap articles, never marketed it)

This forum is flooded with lots of spam since May, 2012. Why not clean it up before selling?

Btw, are you willing to sell websites individually?

 

Just to be clear, are all the sites that contribute to the revenue in the Adsense screenshots listed above?

 

Are you willing to sell one at a time, or are you only selling the whole lot together?
