well ... let's start from the header:

I think you have to use something more complex there in order to make the header look from one piece. You have this white background and that contrastant blue logo and blue relief buttons. In order to make your customer believe in your work, you have to show him that you are professional and you have to start with the design, I think - coz he will contact you only if your site convince him of doing that.

I would start with some logo retouch, as your current logo reminds me of some religious organisations rather than search engine optimisation and web marketing. That blue color you've used is too toxic .. and there is no way it transmits the "trust me" message.

that image under the header .. it could be more solid .. and I would rather use a scheme on it, that that SE logos. You could make something like

Research >> optimisation >> submission >> evaluation

and on the research field there you can write that you are studying closely your clients site and find out what minuses it has in his page. after this you optimize his web page's meta tags, text and everything in order to make it search engine friendly. after this you submit his site to an x number of search engines and .. after a period of time you can evaluate the seo position for him and show future directions.

The web visitor won't read lots of text. NO! You have to transmit the "what I am doing" message and convince him that you are doing it professional from the first second he enters your site and not put him read entire presentation text paragraphs.

the design must be liquid .. and adjust for every screen resolution..

I love your sites! Im just wondering about your prices.. how much do you take for a design?

Im might need a designer for a travel related site. I love the design on The Biggest Community, so something like that would be cool. I don't need any flash, JS or anything like that. Actually, I could just have .psd file, since im pretty good with html/css myself - I just don't have any creativity :]
