    Will the new owner need to pay $25/$75 for a phpld license before that site can be transfered?

    How much money did the directory make before October?

    If the price meets BIN, then I will subtract the license cost from $1000. Otherwise you will have to buy the license.

    The directory did not make any money before October because it was PR0 and it was free. After the last PR update, I reset the database and started charging for submissions. People who submitted for free were notified of this change from free to paid, and were ok with it. (they obviously had to, because their links were free)
