The usage limit is $2,500.00 per day in cash withdrawals and $2,500.00 per day in purchases (total limit of $5,000.00). Please e-mail community [at] payoneer [dot] com and request a new US Payment Service number, and we will submit your request. Due to regulations regarding online payments and prepaid cards, we cannot manually cancel pre-authorization charges. Each charge, however, will expire on its own after a set amount of time (usually 7 business days).
I used the payoneer card to make a payment to a web site. They refunded the payment, but my payoneer account doesn't show the refund. It only shows me the payment. Nissim or David Please help me how do I find my refund?
Reversed transactions can take a few days to process, and will show up on the card once it has received by Payoneer.
Does the Virtual Bank's pricing differs from partner to partner?(like the regular payoneer card's pricing differs)
There is no maintenance fee for the US Payment Service, and you only pay 1% of each payment received (which is the same for all partners).
Hmm....I know the 1%(I am charged this 1% every time I receive money). But one of friend has no money charged on his incoming payments. He only payed a $20 yearly fee. This is why I was asking.
In the past we charged an annual fee for the service, but we no longer do. However all payments are charged the 1% load fee.

David, you sure they normally give a new us payment number? i just been thru hell with the online support for nothing... i asked on the chat for a new number and explained the situation she told me to wait and boom i got 2 email to verify my account a questionaire and the assistent ignored me on the chat for like 20 minutes then she replied "we are closing now" and chat went off.. i managed to send the documents and this morning i got an email saying i was verified again..
I apologize for the mix up. The reason you were asked to verify your account is because it has not yet been done (your account was enabled, not verified). I see you answered already and I have passed that on with a request to provide you with a new US Payment Service number. You should be receiving an update within 48 hours.
it gets worse everyday.. in the questionaire i answered a few questions and one was why i use payoneer or where my money come from.. i explained i do cpa and put a link to my thread here on dp, now i got this: all i ever did was recieving $20 or so like 3 months ago, never got a single question from payoneer. I have around 7k to cashout from my paypal and all i did was asking the support there if i could get a new us payment number... after that i been asked for id again (i remember i sent it when i registered), i been asked to fill a questionaire and now because the support didnt read my questionaire correctly i am asked to show proof i am the owner of this forum?? when i clearly stated i had only a thread there because the support asked for a online store or where i was selling my services. this is so frustating and i dont want to imagine if i manage to withdraw the $7k for what i will have to go thru again
