    Im not sure about nikipink said. Im not fighting with you but you have to be aware in some things

    mega is also restricted by SOPA law or similar laws, bucause if you upload something ilegal, mega will restrict that.

    and offshore hosting's like hosting's in netherlands are hosting's restricted i was contacting with some of them and they said that they dont allow hacking, warez, etc.. contents.

    im telling you this because i have a site web called http://www.infomundo.org and im trying to move on unlaw hosting's.

    I found just one hosting. its called https://www.ovh.co.uk/web-hosting/ and they allow this content's. This hosting has el-hacker.com and others site's of warez and hacking content in their own.

    sorry for my english. im mexican jajaja

    see you.

    thanks for good info .♥

    * USA seized MegaUpload's Domain. USA can seizing top level domains (like : .com & . net & .org)
    Now , Mr http://Kim.com use a NZ domain. (http://www.Mega.CO.NZ )
    (But you are not allowed to upload warez files in MEGA )

    * i thinks http://www.el-hacker.com is a warez website & it is not a hacker.
    Some hackers use a domain + many servers for hacking & attacking to another website .but he is a DDL website.
    only Chinese datacenters allow hacking.

    * Now i'm using Ecatel.
    Ecatel ignore DMCA & we can find many warez website on this datacenter (Dont allow hacking.)
    (http://ecatel.info)

    * But i dont know which Domain 100% ignore DMCA , SOPA & any Complaint ???

    your welcome ♥

    Main website:
    if you need dedicated servers
    http://ecatel.info/
    you can contact them .

    if you need hosting:
    xsltel is the best .
    http://www.xsltel.com/

    (their datacenter is ECATEL)
    xsltel is down now , try again later (i thinks their website hacked today)

    this is very interesting! I did receive some DMCA in the past, but just removed the content if I knew it was copied.
    It would be interesting to know what happens if you choose to ignore it and you are in a different legislation.

    The effect of DMCA notices as set forth in the DMCA (the Act) only applies in the United States. On the most basic level, that does not mean that local law fails to apply, such as being officially put on notice that you are hosting infringing materials on your website. So in the event that a company decides to retain local counsel to take action, the date that you actually knew that you were hosting infringing materials won't change. So if there is some local compliance requirement for notice, this notice will probably still suffice.

    DMCA protects the ISP from liability. We typically send the notice onto you, ask you to remove the content and that's that... If you do not, the ISP will remove it for you.

    It's pretty simple. If you're using something that does not belong to you and you're asked to remove the content, just do it.

    If you refuse to remove it, the only penalty I foresee is your providers TOS/AUP being enforced, in which case the content will be removed for you, or your site will be disabled.

    If you really want to go this far I suggest you move to Germany, they don't have extradition rules, or China.

    first check your content in www.copyscape.com and duplichecker.com websites just find the content is copied content or not. It display copied content remove it asap. Copying is not good for search engine and people.
