If your site is with PR7+, it might cause problem

 

Now it shows PR3 on my side.

 

It seems this pattern doesn't work any more. Google hasn't counted hacked backlinks.

 

oh i see. maybe google don't count it , becoz we have same nichie.

how can google judge that link was hacked or not?

 

Can anybody describe about Hidden Link, is it similar like Hidden Text?

This article describes their process pretty well. They got away with it for quite a while as they have been doing it for well over a year. Google catches up to most sites eventually.

 

It is now PR3 both with and without WWW

 

I have warned webmaster ages ago about such directories at:

Looks like "directorywide.com" is owned by the same person and committing the same fake PR scheme...

The PR was attained through the use of hidden links on high PR sites, probably attained through hacking. The PR is valid but is worth little as it can come crashing down at any time.
