I heard some people say that higher conversion or CTR or ... (don't remember what read) raises a flag so what do you think about 12 % conversion?
Why would it raise a flag? i think if you have very low like 0.01% conversion then that would raise a flag..
12% is hardly unreasonable, there are lots of people who have Amazon conversion rates that are better than that.
This ain't adsense if you get conversions than you are making money to Amazon, so as long as you operate under the Amazon Associates TOS you are ok and such conversion only means you are also making good money to yourself.

Conversion from 8% - 34%.. Someone bought like a bulk items (for your info item is really cheap).. I know this is a fluke but just so happy.. Earning is not big but i am happy..
Amazon will investigate your account if you get high conversion rates. It is indicative that you are cookie stuffing or doing something like having your friends/family use your links. High volume of sales or an unusually high volume for your account can also trigger an investigation
I have about 10,000 clicks and about 100 purchases in the past week resulting in about 1% conversion. Is this good or bad or neutral?
That is quite a low conversion, but it all depends on the niche you are targeting and the traffic you are getting. What you should now do is look at how you can better convert that traffic; you could presell them a bit more, try to capture emails before you send them to Amazon (so you can follow up), get them to interact on your social channels etc.
Do you think that have a forum with a FSB store as a sponsor is legal for Amazon? And if users know that buy from the sponsor will help founding forum? Will this break TOS?
ive read that amazon doesnt allow google traffic? is that true? by the way what kind of traffic amazon allowed? i mean ways of promoting the products..
You do have to be careful how you present this.. Amazon can be funny about promoting them with incentives. For example, if you are a charity you are not allowed to say "Help us by using our Amazon link". There is nothing wrong with having an FSB store and a forum, and linking between the two.. but try not to directly tell your visitors to buy from your store to help the forum. Instead, try linking to interesting products and showing them the current special offers
