Its looking fine but after the new marketplace did come, i don't see new items there, it looks dead...
I didn't have the privilege of seeing the old Digital Point, however, after doing a little bit of digging and viewing the old forum on the Wayback Machine site, I would say I much prefer this new look. It just looks more vibrant and I think using this new XenForo software is a step forward, I've used other forums using this software and they are pretty amazing.
Users can edit and display a signature once they reach the rank of an established member. It is not a feature that has gone, it is simply not open to you yet as it seems.
I like the look a lot, I think it is nice. I came on here though to post a gig about getting my website redesigned as I had done in the past and I now see I can't do it because of the "like" requirement though I'm sure that will happen fast. The look and feel is great though!
Unfortunately there is way too much going on.. Very distracting and almost impossible at times to figure out where the CP is or if it even exists anymore...
im confusing after log in today.. long time no log in.. hehe.. but now i cannot put signature.. i need to be established member first? help me..
Great new look but too many useful things have been removed or blocked off for the newer members which may slow down DP activity by quite a bit.
Bad. Too bad. I had 32 likes in old version and now its 11 only and still i am not able to add signature. If i want to like someone's post i can't. All of my freedom has taken away. Edit: I just see sig in my new post but it's gone from older posts. Edit #2: Signature are visible only when you are logged in.
No, don't like the new version. I can't no longer post in Buy/Sell due to the lack of FB's likes and all my reputation is gone.
Then it's working like it should... Why do you have a problem with contributing? Lazy? and BTW, rep was imported as likes, you you didn't have much rep to begin with, if any.
Spammers and low quality members was a problem here. Something had to be done about it before they completely ruined the site. I think the like system is the best thing ever done to this site. Obviously the spammers and low quality users won't like it but who cares...
