there is no such plugin to do this task, you cannot take both traffic and PR. you must choose either traffic or PR.

Honestly I don't think this is possible... If your new website is what you plan to be your future, the only way is to rebuild your SEO and climb the rankings again.... I think.

The only way to redirect your domain through hosting/cpanel or you can also 301 redirect by .htaccess file. There are nothing any plugin as per my knowledge.

Yes either your hosting provider can redirect traffic, or have another page mentioning that your site has changed.

This is not possible. If you are the owner of site A , you can redirect to site B or park the site A to Site B. And your site B backlinks are not going to be increase ,if you park it. They can be increased in future. Best way, change the whole server and move to site B (redirect the website from site A to site B).

Yes, use htaccess to redirects 301, it will automatically redirects the old links to the new and do not forget to let google know your domain name changes in webmaster tool

Agreed, if you 301 Redirect Site A to Site B you will not only redirect users but also the authority as well. You should be able to keep your rankings as long as your other site is similar in nature.
