I cannot find the public_html folder

I want to upload the folders for a new website (the customer registered the domain in World4you), but when I connect with Filezilla there isn't any public_html, only a folder with two subfolders, 'error' and 'stats' [IMG] ???

I could use some help, thanks in advance.

You may want to ask your webhost what folder the VirtualHost points to, so you can create it and upload your website.

I did five days ago, but still no answer   Not used to this sort of service, anyway it's a mess to manage a domain registered by someone else, not you. Never again!

Five days and no reply to an inquiry by a web host, especially if in a tech support department? I would send them another inquiry as this seems to be a long delay.

Have you tried uploading an index.html file to the root FTP folder, to see if it works?

    Yes,
i would also try to upload a file in the root folder. Then you can check, if
the File is available from your domain for example: yourdomain.com/testuploadfile.txt.
Just give it a try mate!

Sometimes you have to place files in the 'www' folder, see if that exists. If not, contact your host.

Try uploading using cpanel if you are unable to do it through filezilla
