    Not menus. Menu items such as About Us, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, etc.

    yeah I agree with diziadvice.
    need menus and background change maybe. And a logo at the top probably. Or just create a HTML squeeze page or use a Wordpress Squeeze page theme to sell your services.
