    Hi!
Some days ago I was writing my own content on squidoo but when I go to post, it will always give a following message.

Oops! Your postcard violates our spam and/or duplicate content policies.

    Can anybody solve my problem?

Stop trying to post spam and/or duplicate content. Post what you're trying to post into a pastebin, let us see so we can help.

I think you just entered duplicate content so it shows warning. Try to write unique and relevant.

There are certain topics that Squidoo won't allow you to write about. If you are trying to build a lens around one of these topics it will usually be rejected as spam. There is a list of topics they won't accept here http://www.squidoo.com/squidoo-policy-update

From the message, it's pretty clear what the problem is. You know if the content is duplicate or not. If you didn't rip off someone else's content, then the obvious answer is it's being detected as spam. Did you read Squidoo T&Cs and Policies to see if it's not allowed? If it's an allowed topic, you need to be objective about your work - does it look like a spammy pile of rubbish?

Start here for policies, etc: http://www.squidoo.com/squiddont

I`m sure, your writing something thats not allowed, like someone mentioned, but if its allowed and your still getting that message. Then the writing itself most likely being duplicate, results to some what of a spam.

If you really feel like theres a error, you should contact them.
