[solved] Any Idea When My Site Will Get Indexed?

Hi,

I bought a new domain http://webtemplatesvr.com/ and added the content. I have been waiting some days (around 10 days) to get it crawled in Google. But still google has not indexed it.

I have added it to Google webmaster tool. I see it has crawled, but not indexed as per the Google Webmaster tools.

To get the site indexed faster, I have also made a back link in a PR 4 site.

Can any one please help me understand why the site has not got indexed in Google.

 

I am kind of in the same boat as you. My site is http://thepennybook.com . If I put thepennybook into google it will come up, but not if I take a whole sentence out of my content and put it into google. The only time my site will come up in google is if I put the thpennybook. Is that the same for you? It has been 3 weeks now.

So, Google has to come again and need to crawl your site. So the content will get indexed then. Anyway, you are safe now

 

I am also having a similar issue. I've been creating posts for my blog fairly regularly for a year and I'm still having issues with Google and just generally getting search engine recognition.

Oh thanks for that , but okay ya I see what you mean, if I put your domain into google it doesn't even come up. That's strange, my site came up withing a couple days. Maybe try re submitting to google? Also I always use this http://freewebsubmission.com/ seems to have always got my site into the top search engines.

You are already in Google. You just need to make better content IMO.

Oops . While helping you guys, I found why my site was not indexed in Google. The theme options was the culprit. It was generating Meta robot to "none" which did not tell right thing to visiting search engines. Hurray, Now I removed that tag.

Nice, glad you solves the problem. Also if you used that link I sent, if I can remember, bing yahoo and google you have to click on finish steps or something like that, and for about 3 other of the sites they will send you an email where you have to complete submission through the email.
