Hola folks... Almost every day I often get emails to offer guest posts on my blog. Often, they offer its services with no mention of going to pay or not. Or have I found, one of which is that they will give free backlinks or so-called link exchange. I was once asked, "what would you pay for this service?" and email was not returned by them. haha Yes, I know that they'll have quality writing and it is also useful to the visitors of my blog later. So, are you going to pay for Guest Blog Posts? My question is for anyone to answer and I expect you to backup your answer with a reason why. Thoughts on what I just discussed? Gracias, Ramone
well if you allow guest post to public then it will be almost the end of ur blog. as it willl get full of crappy articles to crappy sites. now eve if u monitor etc.. its time consuming and from 20 articles they submite for review only 1 is good. now for the time you spend checking all those hundreds of articles u can very well spend for writing and developing ur blog.
I don't charge for guest articles. I do require high quality. Also, don't use a form in your site, because spammers will abuse it. Instead, post an email where the poster will have to write you. That way you limit the number of submisions.
hmm, Thanks for your input. I think I was wrong to write what I mean in here. I mean, if a guest post as well as the blogpost service (those who pay us). Usually, if anyone wants to put blogpost, I provide appropriate market price. But for this guest post, if you ask for payment from them? CMIIW
There is nothing wrong with asking for payment. I would pay up to a certain amount if the blog or website was well established, had a large audience or a good PR.
In some cases it's profitable for both sites to pay for guest blog posts. When blog has good quality then it should get some payment but if content is also decent then it should be posted for free.
