This is my new business website. How is it ? Soon going to add few more options for it. What do you think about the website ? Enter Hilmia.com
It's good and you have indeed done a good work. I like it but add more information about the gem. Good job mate...
I like the slideder it really pop out to me. But I don't like the background, I think you should change it to a shade of blue. Also I think you should switch the position of your page tabs. Home | About | FAQ | News | Contact Besides that everything looks professional to me Ps. You should think about changing your email to, support/contact @ hilmia.com
Nice site. - Could change the background to something "shiny" (Something like what you have here - http://www.hilmia.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Emerald.png) - Missing Twitter. - Could move the images (at top right on header now) to below the main menu (Home about etc). Or it could be made vertical or even below the slide show. Other than that the design looks good. One another suggestion is to have the phone numbers in (country code) phone format if you are targetting international customers also.
thanks. Yes, I'm going to add stock page to it soon with information about gemstones. thanks, I also think the menu order is better as you said, so I changed it. Email address as well. Thanks for your valuable review. It helped a lot. thanks, this business targets international clients only. I'm searching for a good looking background, going to change it when I find one.
Honestly, the site feels like a cookie cutter template from the 1990s with a header image that I can't click on - I automatically thought they were navigation buttons and the images stood out more than the real nav menu. Most importantly, get a copywriter in - today... now. The English typos and gramatical errors really stand out to a native English speaker and can be rectified relatively painlessly if you get someone to edit your content. Hope this helps! good luck
Overall, the site looks okay. I see you have a very challenging slogan, "Feel the difference". But the size of the font is so small that it really does look timid to me. How about making it real big, so that we can really FEEL the difference? Brush Script Std is a nice font, with its bold, sweeping strokes but then again, you may have your personal preferences.
My biggest thing would be to remove the stripped background and go with a solid color or a vertical gradient. Other than that looks good - keep up the good work.
