How did you get the current content that you have in the site and could there be a copyright problem for that?

So going back to my question, the site is called worldrecipesite.com, so why no Indian, Chinese, Italian recipes etc ???

Well, honestly speaking, I never knew that this database doesn't have Indian, Chinese, Italian recipes in it because I never frequently go through the whole database because its HUGE. 33k isn't a small number, is it? What I know is that 33k recipes divided into 48 categories is good enough to kickstart the site and then later on the 'new owner' or your viewers can add several other recipes of his/her choice and yeah adding new recipes won't be an issue for the 'new owner' because this site comes with an Admin Panel from where you can easily add new recipes to the site and this site also allows submission of new recipes from your viewers/visitors as well!
