According to my experience here are the some way to minimize google deindex for sites that used for link sales

    1. Give unique contents to your blog. Now google is more sensitive to the duplicate content. if your site detected contain duplicate content, there are high possibility your sites will be deindexed

    2. If you have many sites, split them in some account, or use privacy account, if you want use the site to sell links. but if you have high quality site you don't need to care

    3. Use different IP class.

    4. update site periodically

    5. Put inks out or ads that related to your site. for example if your site about game, don't put ads or links out about accounting

those are the some simple way to minimize google deindex, hope can be useful notes for us

    thanks

I am confused about WhoisGuard... Why? Consider this situation, If you have your own server, hosting too many sites and you have a WhoisGuard still it is possible to get idea about website owner through IP address in the "server stats" tab on whois(dot)sc

Because of that, i give point 3, if you have many domains, it will be better if you put the site in different IP address,
