for $10k you can buy a kick ass domain (.com) and have a much better site. it wont take much ti have the site earn at least $3.5k a year. This site is way overpriced.

the site not effected much on the latest google update just drop in visits like 200 or 300 visits .

Generally when selling a site you sell it for 4 to 12 months profit, depending on the site (stability etc). Although in some cases there are exemptions to this rule, I'd say your site would sell for a maximum of 10 months revenue, so 2k. Just my opinion.

It probably can but normally people want to see proof before they spend that much money, you should just try to make the most money possible off it for 1 month and then base the 10 months revenue off that
