I know I might sound like a complete noob by using the term internet laws, but it turns out I am, never really cared because I was underage when I started internet marketing and lived in a god-forsaken country where laws would not try to find you. I live in Canada now and I am an adult therefore I could get in trouble if I'm not aware of the "internet laws" can any one suggest me a good read to understand copyright infringement, when do you get a cease a desist letter or get sued at once, how to not take responsibility for user generated content and anything related to having an adult website THANKS!
Have a privacy policy and terms of use contract on all your websites, make sure you yourself abide your own regulations,, try this it might help: www.aaronkellylaw.com/online-marketing-laws/
Start here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_Act_of_Canada There's an interesting history of bill attempts in Canada over the past several years or so. They got there in the end though.
