Recently some of my keywords vanish from SERP. So, does it mean that my site is in sandbox? If it is than how can I check that my site is in the sandbos or not in the sandbox? how should I remove my site from sandbox?

Type allinanchor:"Your Keyword" and then search on google. Look page by page and when you become tired and you haven't got your site then your site is in sandbox.

It is easy to check to see if you site is in the sandbox or not. If you type only your domain name without the www on the front and without the extension on back if you appear in the search results you are not sandboxed. If you do the same and you have to go all the way to end of the search results and you click on the term that says "we have omitted some results would like to search with the omitted results"? If you click on that and your site as mentioned above appears then when it didn't before then you are in the sandbox filter.

Think of the Google Sandbox as a 2 or 3 month probationary period where Google checks out your website to see if you're legit or not. In the meantime, continue to properly backlink, continue to practice proper SEO techniques, and don't worry about being in the Sandbox.

It ALSO depends on your 'version' of the sandbox. Google updates are far more frequent now because of the amount of spammy noise. The allinanchor: command is a little outdated because of Panda. Bravoman1 has the correct answer for just your domain being in the sandbox. For your keywords, there isn't really a "sandbox" so to speak. Just filters based on quality of links, breadth of links, relevancy, and the quality / regularity of content on your site.

This is a pretty technical article but it's from the experts over at SEOmoz - ways to help track your sites competition using excel

one thing you have to do with the excel file is make a copy to your local machine first. but it is a GREAT tool for exploring longer tail keywords so you are not competing with the big boys so much.

copy your link open Google.com and type your URL in Google search if your site is showing index don't worry your site is not sandbox.

    or

If your keywords sandbox then go to webmaster tool if your site is added in webmaster tool go search query option see if Blue line is going down that mean your keywords going to sandbox.

That's 100% wrong ! Your site can still be indexed and be sandboxed. What they are doing is sandboxing you for your keyword..

I had a pr5 site on first page of Google threw all of the updates until all off sudden for my main keywords that I was ranking for "site is gone".

My site is still indexed but instead of on 3 spot on page 1 for it's main keywords in is none existent. And they striped me of my PR. This site was averaging $4,300 a month in rev to feed my family !

All gone in a second.. I HATE GOOGLE"
