Nope! Still can't do it using an email - takes me to the Phone verification page every time.

 

I am using more than 10 gmail account and all needs Phone verification.Usually with one phone no. i can register 2 account.

 

Its pretty important as well as safe. Got saved off many a times due to this.

 

I have 3 G mail accounts but in third sing up i am asking for phone no verification and it is required information to sing up .

 

Gmail using phone verification is quite essential to create a new account. Its preventing from spamming with multiple fake account.

 

This is to reduce the quantity of spammers that make records. It can be frustrating.

 

open google account settings> off the 2 step verification method.


But I suggest to do not off it coz its really good to make your google account safe...

What's the big thing in it! Get it approved by SMS or Phone verification. Its started long time ago!

 

Yeah it is weird! Because I open many accounts with gmail but sometimes they ask and sometimes don't. I noticed that when I use Firefox they don't ask for phone verification. Just statistics show that

yes the phone verification is necessary and it's sign of Google quality improvement. now we don't get much spammy user.

You can probably order temporary digital phone accounts to verify if you really want to.

 

I have over 15 gmail accounts I have never been asked my mobile.But i know at this moment phone verification is very necessary for active gmail Ac.

 

For security, safety and removing junk/spams, Google has taken this step....

 

I am not sure with using proxy sites, as the problem here is the phone number not the ip.

 

Yahoo also started using phone verification, I think it is necessary now.
