Banned from PayPal, adding funds.

So, PayPal has banned my account and I'm 200$ negative. When I press "Add Money" it tells me to how to add money thru "BankGiro". But when I press resolve negative balance it tells me to send a check to dublin. So, can I just add money thru bankgiro or do I have to send a check?

 

I would give them a call. Their contact number should be available in the resolve or help section. I would call just to verify the best method of getting the account reinstated.

Did you even bother to check what BankGiro stands for? It's a payment method. Send the check.

 

I'd call Paypal's customer service to find out specifically how you can pay the negative balance owed. I don't know your specific location (i.e. country), you maybe have to pay the negative balance using your bank account since you cannot use a credit card.
