Do you mean finding the network, which accepts blogs with very little traffic? I suppose you won't be able to earn good money with any of them right about now. Just work at your site's development, so that it becomes more popular among users.

 

You should search for review before joining any network, but personally i would recommend you google adesne they are all time best ads network.

They analyze your traffic & add best advertisers according to that.. do check them

 

Neverblue is CPA only now, as I know. Anyway they have great rates for Asian traffic, so you can check them, as well as Epom market (CPM/CPC/CPA) or TribalFusion (CPC). Personally I've been working with Epom for a long time and more than happy with their rates and quality ads.
