Lol, you're a funny guy ain't you... You can't achieve that with css only, w/o editing the html part.
No im not trying to be funny, you just didn't read the post correctly idiot. I asked for is CSS Color changes to match the color of the website smart ass not for a new template. The only HTML change would be the logo and photo editing would be replacing the bg of header bars gradient color which is .... simple may i need to say more.
