From what i have seen.. You need to escalate people to join to your board and start making useful post on them..

 

good domain - basic forum layout - if you want attendees then you're going to have to advertise heavily in an overrun market - but the very best of luck to you

I think if you use an attractive logo than it'll be more beautiful .
