Bro I think Content isn't the "King". PR updates are something which we cannot predict. I've a friend who had started a blog just 1 month before the previous PR update and he had like 9 or 10 posts. You know what he got PR 3. And he hadn't build his back-links either. I on the other hand, had build my backlinks plus had posts 5 times more than him and I got PR 1.

It's hard to tell. Google currently getting people off-guard with algo changes and stuff. I guess it's the same for page ranks

 

PR update may take place in January last week or February 1st week.

 

As expected, google is slowly releasing the latest PR update. Expect most sites to be updated in the coming two weeks.

 

couple i think it is updated, i saw a couple of sites whose PR has been updated
but iam still waiting for mine.
