    Few Notes:
    - Bought the domain from another forum and renew the registration for another 1 yr then developed into a nice looking site.
    - Just redesigned the site and integrate more with adsense.
    - Minimal Traffic, visits are mostly from SE's
    - New owner must agree to retain the directory link on the main page for 6 months.
    - Fresh daily content on the index page thru rss feeds. ;)
