    Hello Friends,

I have the following Adsense Ad Units in my site.

    Sample data:

    336x280 -
    8 clicks (1.54)
    468x60 -
    14 clicks ($1.40)
    728x15 -
    17 clicks ($0.93)
Should I remove this Adsense Ad Unit 728x15 and stay with the 336x280 and 468x60 only ?

    Hello Adil,

I think if I remove it, maybe the visitors click on other Adsense Ad Units, this can generate more revenue, not sure.
    What do you think ?

728x15 - What ad types are you serving through this ad? Is it text only, image only, or both?

The other two are Image/Text Ads.

For a week or two change the underperforming ad unit to image/text ads and see if it improves, its usually best to have text & image ads depending on the type of website.

    OGHacks,

I did removed the 728x15 Ad Unit, around 2 hours ago, and I see improves.
I see that the CTR, CPC and RPM increase. Let see what happens in the next 2-3 hours.

OK good news, its best to test your results over a week or two to see a real improvement to compare... but instant results are good too.

Instead, you should use 728*90 it is good if you place at the top in heading point..

It's hard for anyone to say what works. It's only by testing that you will know the real answer. Personally, I agree with you. 728x15 ads generally don't pay well, although some do. I took that away and the pay-per-click has gone up.
