phpLynx has been Released!

We're pleased to say that we've been able to release a demo version of the brand new 'from scratch' directory script phpLynx has been put up. This is just the free version, the enhanced version has even more features than you can imagine and we will be developing it constantly adding following our ethos of Sharesource. Beta testers will always be welcome and then you get access to the admin panel while we get ready for the release to the public which is now days away. You will not be dissapointed.

I would like to beta test your full version, if you like.

 

Whenever I click a link on a category, the address changes but the page stays exactly the same.

Is there anyway to get rid of the Session ID'S?

 

This was a simple oversight in the language files, its been dealt with and all is fine now.

 

I also would like to beta test your full version, how much will cost?

 

The script is no longer classed as in the beta phase, 99.5% of errors we know have are already dealt with. (Never say 100%).

To get the script all you have to do is register for it at the Cantufind Forum, you'll get updates as well as we won't be stopping at what we've already made. We plan to put additions to the script as and when people make requests.

 

How much $$$ for the full version?

 

Since sessions were commented on lordmenace there have been about 10 releases which has all but dealt with all bugs we know of. You might want to try and download the new version now and try it out, if you have any problems the support guys in the forum will help you out no worries.

 

Hi ! Ask ! haven't decided yet as it wasn't meant as a commercial entity, it was for my own high end business use. Regardless of that there will now be a paid version and ignoring the fact it is a high end script we will be keeping at a low end cost. It's about a week or so away to the full, which is when we'll release the cost. Why not have a go at the free one (fixed) for now, you'll see we added a few more features since you last enquired.

Sorry to be so vague but I really haven't given it that much though, more concerned with getting it as bug free as possible which we are very close to achieving.
