from January 4 my site practically disappears from google search results. I was not doing any SEO practice or suspect activity. Lately there any upgrade or changes in google that could cause this? I don´t know what to do....
Might just be the "google dance"... Focus on getting social media shares/likes.. This should get you better rankings..
I had a website that was on first page of google for two months and now when i check to see its all over the place. Sometimes it on the 2nd page and sometimes the 3rd and sometimes it goes away all together for sometimes a hole day. If you do get on 1st page enjoy well it lasts because you never know when your going to drop down.
"Google Dance" is not really the correct term for it as it does not describe a meaning/reason. Rankings drop for a reason. Without knowing your site and the keywords in particular, it's not easy to give any advice. If you don't want to give those, then you at least need to give a better description. When you say "practically disappears", do you mean it's not indexed at all, or just the rank is lower? Had you been ranking high for a while or just a week? Is it a new or old site? You claim "I was not doing any SEO practice or suspect activity.", so what were you actually doing? Did you check what you were doing against Google's guidelines? (What we sometimes believe is OK is in fact contrary to them.) It's better to correct the problem (or at the very least understand it) before doing anything else to promote your site, in case you are just harming it further.
Thanks you for your answer ryanThe site is http://www.sexosintabues.com The keywords: relatos eroticos, relatos gays, relatos pornoToday I see my site appeard again in first 2 pages, good newsso maybe it was just false alarm, thank you guys, regards,
Hi mate, Just realised I forgot to reply after reviewing your site and keywords yesterday. They are very competitive keywords. You and your competitors will be getting links one way or another all of the time in order to strengthen position and/or increase rank. That was extreme flux. For sure you're in need of more links (and quality ones) to the pages that those keywords related to. You'll be less likely to lose position due to a few links for that keyword being ignored. (I have a feeling it was link related due to what I saw when I checked the site earlier at home - I can't re-check right now due to being at work.)
Maybe it was the effect of the update google panda and penguin, you should immediately create a new website,,
