I was approached by Media.net to try their ads on a few of my sites. They run a contextual ad service but only out of the US, Canada, and the UK. They stated that their ads and Google AdSense can be run on the same page, but I thought it best to verify this.Is it OK to have ad code from Media.net and Google AdSense running on the same page in different ad units?
Is this against the Google AdSense TOS?

Google seems fine with most networks as long as you don't style the ads to look like theirs.

But it will decrease your CPC and CPV rates on Google...

looks good. only thing I would suggest is centering the ad in the left sidebar.
and yes, you can have both ads on your site as long as they don't look the same. I'm liking media.net because their ads look different. People are too used to adsense ads and don't click them.

    Thanks friend...
    it true?
So you think it safe to using media.net and Adsense, i thinks ad adsense code (image only) is different from media.net. I would put a wide skyscraper in the left sidebar.

I think it is fine as long as the text ads colors are different, they'll be happy.
