You can expect some traffic from these sites but you won't get any advantage in terms of pagerank. It may help you in making your website look more natural in search engine's eye.

When you build backlink , actually it give benefit for both side which is win win situation . But the reason is their site is page rank zero , so it might not bring enough weight for your site and influence in SEO . You need to find site like atleast page rank 6 onward . Do check sometime where some site page rank not only zero and even not being index by Google which is cause waste of time of building links from those sites.
