I think you have purchase any seo package or use any ethical technique like keywords stuffing. Therefore google give you warning. As i can see in search engine, your website is not there.

A site can get penalized due to many reasons:
    • Poor/ Duplicate Content
    • Link exchange/bad links
    • Cloaking
    • Doorway pages
    • Many Ads
Verify your website for all of them..

The first thing to do is read the guidelines, and then determine what you are doing to violate them. A lot of SEO techniques are outside the guidelines, but since all your friends use them you think that you can get away with it. Evidently not.

If you are interested in finding duplicate content, it will only take you 10 hours a day, 6 days, 30 posts an hour, not really much work compared to writing 2000 posts. And easy to justify, considering you are trying to save your company. Snatch a line from the post, put parentheses around it and do a search for it, seeing how many times it comes up.

Your content is copied to wordpress blog. I think you or someone else is monitoring this blog where the half content is shown and link is given to your website. This strategy will not work. Don't do such kind of activity.

ive never gotten that message but it looks like google is getting smarter nwo to be able to be confident enough in their algorithm to give webmasters a message telling them the problem.

Firstly, your site has probably been hit by the page layout algorithm, specifically for ads above the fold. However, this won't be the reason for penalty (but will have been hurting your rankings before the penalty). Cleaning this part up will help you when it comes to your reconsideration request.

However, you have a lot of duplicate content issues, for example:

    http://www.ccnw.org/2012/09/choices-for-financing.html

You should go through _every_ article and rewrite them until they pass through Copyscape.

This issue and the fact you're engaging in a link scheme has most likely led to your site being de-indexed.

It was blatantly obvious, so no wonder your site got de-indexed.

Make a list of all the links you made yourself and all the ones you paid for, then get as many removed as possible, disavow the rest (more chance of a reconsideration request being accept if you actually remove some).

Instead of spamming, you should have used some common sense and taken advantage of the exist, organic links to this site.

I think you have used any automation for those pages or you seo expert if you have one ever he/she may use automation now you have to check that you have any bad quality links or what is wrong if those pages are blogs then you must check that if they are not copy past and you have been hit by google.

As many pointed out in this thread, there are two most obvious reasons you may have received the warning message from Google - duplicate content and backlinks that are no longer effective or simply irrelevant.
There are many issues that can create duplicate content (and remember that similarity above 75% is not good): among them canonical issues, identical titles and meta description for different pages, various versions of home page, incorrect internal navigation creating several URLs to one at the same time etc. To find these issues out and analyze a website fully there is a tool called WebsiteAuditor. It checks titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords, cache data in Google and other SEs, and points out to duplicate content and its exact location on the web.

As for backlinks, you should check all your existing links and get rid of those placed to sites not relevant to yours, spammy links, links that are not effective anymore etc. I had the same problem with irrelevant links once and used LinkAssistant tool back then to quickly check and verify my links, and it worked out pretty well. You may also search for free tools for backlink analysis, there should be some. Just make sure you have only good quality links left and establish new linking partnerships that are only valid for your specific niche in order to avoid penalty from Google.
