How do you get the jobs listed and where and how do you get the applicants?

More importantly, what is the revenue model for the site?

Revenue model is as follows -

All listings are paid (£5 for a month)
Advertising revenue also, including the Hello Bar in the header for £1 a week.

Can you please tell me as to how many job seekers have actually paid the £5 to have their details added to the site?

It's not job seekers, it's job advertisers/companies.

The answer is none, as I haven't done anything with the site since I put it together, otherwise I would have mentioned revenue figures. It's all potential at the moment, so i'm open to offers.
