Gaming Site For Sale

I have the gaming site Game Juggernaut for sale. I have bought the site recently here, but have found no time to do anything with it. I only buy sites that have major potential, and I believe this site has a lot of potential.

The site is powered by Mambo, a free CMS; yes it does have a backend. It also has the feature to make your URLs search engine friendly, and convert article pages into .html on the fly.

All content on the site is unique, which is what the main value is. Content is king, and unique content is really king in Google.

I think the design of the site is unique. I like it - it's simple and effective. The domain is registered at NameCheap - free push to your account.

I'll let this go at a really low price. $55 takes it. Gaming is going to be really hot now, as it is the holiday season, and all talk is regarding the Nintendo Wii and Sony Playstation 3.

Hi sorry guys for the delay in response.

The site is powered by Joomla, not Mambo (sorry I always get the two confused nowadays). Unfortunately I do not know how much traffic the site gets as it's not on my server but the original seller's still. I have everything ready to be transferred onto your server.

I'm interested but I'm curious how this site relates to www.selectivegamers.com given they both have an identical design.

I should add the reason I ask is because the owner of SelectiveGamers.com claims they created the design themselves and it is unique. They also have turned down requests to sell the template to others. Given that, are these two sites owned by the same person or ???

 

That's no unique design...maybe their header or logo is, but the rest isn't. I've seen the design on dozens of sites, and have known of that site for at least a year now (I was their affiliate with one of my sites..).

and...

I suggest not announcing publicly that the site is for sale, it makes people wonder if a lot will change, will more advertisements be placed, popups, etc etc. If they enjoy the site, they want it to be how it is.
