SEO: This website has good search engine saturation: 15800 Pages indexed just in Google.

It pings, and is crawled and indexed by the search engines daily when new content is added.

Website: The site is powered by probably the best free Content Management System (CMS) out there: WordPress. This allows you to change both the website design and content very easily from a fantastic admin panel (no or little HTML required). It is also easy, and (for the most part) free, to expand the functionality of WordPress via 1000's of plugins and themes. It is so easy to manage this website, even a novice could do it! The design is based on a highly customized premium theme and has many great plugins already installed to further enhance its SEO, security and anti-spam measures, as well as general functionality.

Content: As you saw from above, this website has a lot of content indexed. The site consists of both original and aggregated content from public sources. It is an automatic blogging system that writes itself daily with keyword rich, relevant, posts. This is the system I implemented due to time constraints, and the buyer will also not have to work on or add to the site content, unless he specifically wishes too. The website is totally hands-free (apart from optional promotion), but if you wanted to write and add content manually, it is easy to turn off the automated updates. Adding only original content to the site would of course be very beneficial, and is encouraged. I just never had time to do so.

2. Website hosting, after the 7 days free hosting mentioned above. This means, after 7 days, you will have to find and pay for a suitable "LAMP" (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) host yourself. Any webhost that can run WordPress should normally do, but I could advise you about some suitable hosts, if required. (Please don't use GoDaddy as a host! They're great for domains, but suck as web hosts IMHO.)
3. Website migration (moving the site to your own web host), unless the final price reaches or exceeds $500. If the final sales prices is less than $500, I will migrate the site for an additional and separate $50 prepaid, if required.
