I am selling my funny website FunBaron.com as I am in need for money to star another project. I also do not have time to promote the site.

Details:
1. Site has around 2800 funny contents scheduled until around July 2014. It will post 2-3 contents automatically per day.
2. Assume little traffic but when you know how to promote content to Pinterest, Stumble, Facebook etc you can get at least 20-100 visitors per day. I had a day where I got 100+ visitors. And when I did little promotion it got 15-30 visitors per day.
3. Nice brand-able .com domain name. Easy to remember and to type - FunBaron.com

your site is identical to lolzines.com. Design theme and contents. Same question from me like boromad: where did you get the contents from?
further: Did you copy the image files on several domains? and scheduled posts for different times in the future?
Why did you place 100's of keywords in there and have a 0% keyword rating?
I am interested but need to know where the images are from and the copyright issue on these images?
With 2800 images not visible, I cannot judge if the copyright issue on images could be a serious concern.
Please publish some details here how you obtained the images and how you secured re-publishing rights.

 

Theme is a standard theme anyone can buy from Themeforest, so it should not be a surprise if you see a lot of this design online.

Developer of the site (not me) claims that most of images are royalty free images (he owns a huge database of it). Also it should be possible for users to submit pictures which means you can't control such a things as copyright. There are a lot of this kind of websites and pictures on these sites are circulated all over the world, the other submit it to Pinterest, another one adds it on his Facebook page while others just use it at their own blog. I think that developer is owner of lolzine.

I am not sure what you mean place 100's keyword and 0% keyword rating.

 

I don't see 100's of keywords, see only few keywords: "funny pictures,meme,funny meme,hilarious pictures,funny pictures quotes,funny pictures website,funny pictures signs,funny pictures sports"

which is fine.

Tried checking the SERP google ranking for some of these keywords but they are 0.

The last few days, I promoted the site a little on StumbleUpon and Pinterest. Here is a screenshot of analytics of the result:

 

Of course it wont ranked for that keyword, the site is about 1-2 months old and was never promoted with SEO. One of the reasons I am selling is because I don't have the time to do the promotion. And for BIN, I mentioned I don't have a BIN at the moment but you are welcome to send me your offer.
