    No google adsense will not allow you to setup free blog.You have to own a website for starting adsense adds on your website.

    The best way to get approved quicker is to create a good authority website with content enough for adsense to see that you are building legitimate websites.

    They are looking to approve serious publishers, not just anyone.

    Its a easy to get Adsense account, if you are sure that there are sufficient traffic on your website and you fulfil all requirement to get Adsense account than you can apply for it.

    HubPages deducts your AdSense revenue in a tricky way by displaying their own ads in the ratio of approx 60:40 meaning every 10 ads served on your article they will show their own 6 ads.

    Weebly at least deducts 50% on sites hosted with them, you can still use your AdSense account with some others (say your Blogger blog) to get a 100% revenue.

    At any case it is better to avoid these revenue sharing sites.
