How to verify 2 PayPal accounts with only $5

You can do it if you know these information
    1. BANCORE is giving a Visa card for free when you open the account
    2. With $5 voucher, you can either add to old card or issue new one
    3. You can transfer money between your card or to any one as long as you know their phone number.

Now you can follow the tips
    1. Open new BANCORE account and enjoy your first free Visa card.
    2. Buy a $5 voucher from their re-sellers
    3. Redem the voucher but donot toup current card, instead, choose to create new one.
    4. Use the new card to verify your first PayPal account.

    5. Now you have $3.05 left on that card, transfer them to the free card you got from the begining.

    6. Now you got another Visa with enough fund to verify your second Paypal or Payza, or Moneybookers.

Goodluck and enjoy your verified accounts

First of all thank you for sharing this information with us. But friend I have three question.

    1. Is it a physical card? I guess it's a virtual card.
    2. How about that card country code? I'm looking a UK country based virtual card.
    3. It can use for verify address?
    Thanks!

The account become limited after some days or some months. Some of the member account get limited after verified. Always use the bank account for verification.

[h=1]Why are people so leary about using Paypal?[/h]I've been trying to buy a phone in a different state and offering to use Paypal. Problem is I can't get anyone to ship it to me and accept Paypal. Everyone just wants to "sell it locally". My question is in this world of instant communication and the internet why would you limit yourself to "just locally"? and why are people so leary about using Paypal?

I've seen hootloads of services that offer to verify Paypal accounts, but I never got what they're used for. Why wouldn't you verify your Paypal account with your own bank account or credit/debit card and rather spend extra money on a virtual card and then go through some wonky means to actually see some hard cold money? What am I missing here? I know I'm being a bit off-topic, but I'd really appreciate it if somebody could 'enlighten' me.
