How about post interesting stuff and use popular hash tags? Get a genuine following. What's the point of having loads of poor low quality / non-existent people following you.

It is better to have 500 genuine followers than 5,000 followers that wont read your posts.

 

All these sites will get you a good amount of followers and likes, but this is only good right at the start when you don't even have any audience. People are like sheep - meaning that once people get to your page and see likes, or followers they will be more likely to do the same! But using these sites to attract your target audience is not going to work - people on these sites just care about getting "twitter famous"
