There are <10 searches globally for "wa rates". You need to select the match type of exact to see the actual searches. (You currently have broad selected, which is meaningless for one keyword.)

Is the site currently ranking for any keywords? What's the current traffic?

Obviously there are other sources providing Washington Mortgage rates however WaRates.com pulls an average of several sources (via Zillow's Mortgage Marketplace API) and give visitors an average of what mortgage rates they can expect to find in the state of Washington.

 

Broad searches aren't actually meaningless but to each their own. Also as mentioned in the description that the site hasn't been SEO'd but because the domain is 9 years old it'll make it easier to rank for various related keywords.
