I have 110K visitors for 20 days. Which CPM/CPC network should I choose?

Hello DigitalPoint forums,
I've been looking for a good CPM/CPC network for quite a while now. Currently my blog is 20 days old and it has over 100k views.
I'd really like to put google adsense on it, but google wouldn't approve it for some reason, so I decided to come here and ask for an alternative.

My website is minecraft related and it's 100% legit. All the content on it is owned/made by me.
I don't care if the ads that will be displayed are gaming or non-gaming related. I have aroun 30% US traffic / 25% Poland and the rest is UK GERMANY and some other small countries.
One thing that I need is a reliable network that would pay regularly through PayPal and has good rates.

Please suggest me something
I'd be happy if there's someone who owns such network and would help me get the things set up, but I can do that myself too.
P.S. My site is currently @ blogger.

Try adbrite. If not try out cpmstar.com. They are a gaming advertisement company that would have a lot of ads similar to your sites niche

 

Basically You want ..

1. a reliable network that would pay regularly through PayPal and has good rates.
2. CPM/ CPC
3. Countries like US,DE etc

How did you get 100K views in 20 days? Are you buying traffic?

 

If you don't want to waste traffic during the application process, you can try dodoseek.com where no approval is needed. They have 6c for US and 4c for UK. You can replace their ads once you get approved by a better network.

EDIT: So I've registered and added a place. It says it's still not approved by admin, so I guess it won't display any ads until it has been approved, right?

No, I'm not buying traffic. The content I produce went viral thanks to some youtubers
