Black hat SEO is not an ethical technique for promotion of website. so i think you have do'nt need to learn more about black hat SEO.
Why do you want to learn black hat techniques? Surely you do not want to implement them because even if you come to the top rankings, you slide down pretty quickly. In general any SEO technique that helps in rankings but do not benefit the user is a black hat technique.
Do one thing..Drop a mail to Google that I want to learn Black hat techniques, where should I start??

If you want to learn black hat SEO techniques then better you should stop learning any SEO stuffs and get help from SEO pros. It would be better for you and your website, because BHSEO will make your site not in top pages, but outside SERP.
Don't ever use Black Hat Techniques otherwise google will Spam your website and your website never appear in Search engines !!!!!!!
