I would see whats making money, and go from there. Theres a few 2 types of niches, ones that no one has pioneered in, or the second approach like most dive in, will be the "i`ll do everything else is doing" approach. The ones that do that, are like products / service they seen they can work with in a certain industry that no one has sold yet or have sold. Its entirely up to you, but just know and prepare yourself getting into something. The process of learning technical skills take over a serious length of time, and not everything comes instantly.

You guys are going on the wrong path.. First you dont want to go after Health, weight lost, make money, credit card, casino niches those are beyond competitive. You will not be able to get on the first page of google unless you have large advertising budget. second is not what niche is best to promote, you have to do a keyword research to determine how many monthly searches are being done for that niche/keyword. third, you must start a emailing list if you want to make any money from your niche site..
