Fix it as soon as possible otherwise google will decrease your ranking in SERP.

This message means that your site was not reachable once they tried to open it. You should check with your hosting provider if all is ok with them and do not worry about it if it is only one time issue.

Google is notifying you of problems it found with your site while crawling it. Only you know if these pages should be there or not. If these pages _shouldn't_ exist then you need to sort out your site's configuration. (It's returning HTTP code 200 on 404 -- not found -- pages, when it should return a 404.) if these pages should exist then re-add the content. You also need to decide if your should 404 the pages or redirect them (for example, the product moved pages then you would want to do a redirect). Sounds like you need to learn more about your site (content and the CMS) and the technical aspects of SEO (for that, start here: http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo).

Fiction. The 404s are removed from the index (and do you know what a 404 is?). Read up on how Google works in this instance:

I've received a similar message in my Google Webmaster Tools account. In my case I think I had an automated script that must've been executing at the time they tried to crawl. I was getting this notification every day for a few days and then I haven't received it again since. So I wouldn't worry about it too much. I would try to redirect those pages to a suitable url though.

It's just as said here. Your server was down or Google couldn't access it at the exact time they tried to crawl those pages. It's nothing to get in a excited about about.
