    I applied adsense a week ago and partially approved and i inserted the ad code in my website at that time a red bar shown in my adsense account stating that your application in under review. Today the bar doesn't exit there. Is my application Fully Approved.

    If you havent receive any email from adsense telling you that your account has been approve, then it means your account is still under review !!

    Some times google send your notification email and some time not so i am 100% sure your adsense was fully approved

    to confirm that try one of your ads on your site if you see live ads that means you are fully improved if not then you are still under review and you will reserve an E-mail about that anyway.

    sometimes domain registration with certain providers may be a problem . I have one domain which was not displaying adsense ads . I created another domain with bigrock and it worked for me .

    if you have the red bar before the 10$ threshold and no live ads, you are under review. If you have the red bar and have live ads, you are in some test period!

    It means if you your site is getting live ads, it means it is approved.

    When you apply and you are approved, you get the code, integrate it in your website and then starts a review of your site!
