    If your book is 100% original and written by you, then try Amazon KDP.

    1. Upload your ebook for sale and set your own price
    2. Amazon will check contents and list it for sale across all Amazon stores (US, UK, Canada, etc).
    3. You get paid by check once you cross $100 minimum threshold.

    So you wrote a book about making money online, but you don't know how to make money with an eBook online? Isn't that a little strange when you are supposed to be the expert? :)

    To be fair, making money on the internet and on an e-book is two different areas (Actually, IM is an infinite area), so he might have information on one area and none in the e-book area.

    I recommend publishing it here:

    Lulu
    Amazon KDP
    Smashwords

    Those three sites will get your book out, but, unless it's really good it wont sell.

    What you can do, would be interviewing top people are making money and then go from there.

    It depends on which marketing strategy you are adopting. If you are on forum marketing, you go to forums. If you are on SEO, you go to search engines. You can be more specific so I can give you better advice.
