Hi, sorry if this has been asked before, but I was unable to locate the answer.

Suppose I accumulated a relatively large amount of funds in my Payoneer account (e.g. $50K) and would like to withdraw some money. Is this possible? Or only via ATM? If it's only via ATM this is a significant bottleneck and quite a deterrent from receiving large payments into the Payoneer account..

    Thanks for clarifying this
    All the best

    Hi,

Don't worry about it, we are happy to answer any questions you have.

Please note with the Payoneer card there is a maximum amount you can have on the card at any given time. If you have more in your Payoneer account it will sit in your account and automatically load onto your card once it dips under that amount.

To money on the card can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted: in stores, online and at ATMs. Currently we do not support transferring money from the card to your bank account but it is something we are looking into and will update our users when we have an answer.

    Hi David;

Thank you for your answer, yes I was referring to withdrawing money from Payoneer to a bank account in case one has accumulated excessive funds (e.g. due to receiving a few large payments) which he does not plan to spend via 'shopping with the credit card' any time soon.

I hope your team allows this option in the future, otherwise we're kind of limited to receiving 'piggybank' payments, since we can't take them out of the Payoneer account in a practical way.

All the best and happy holidays!

@solar2005: Our pricing is highly competitive and among the best available. Can you send me a PM with more info, explaining which fees you feel are too high?

The feature is in the final stages of development, and we hope to have it available within the next few months.

Payoneer is currently one of the leading provider of global payout solutions. We provide companies with a truly "one-stop shop" for payouts, including services such as prepaid debit cards, local bank transfers, wire transfers, US ACH, local currency checks, eWallets, and more. When looking at payouts, we provide one of the most global options on the market, supporting over 200 countries (with fully localized options in over 55 countries).

Payment processing is not something that we currently plan to offer, though it's always something to be considered for the future. If it is really something you'd like to see us implement, be sure to visit our forum and leave a suggestion: http://community.payoneer.com/forum/5-suggestions-and-feedback/

    Hi Payoneer Support team,

Looking at the way you guys answer each of the question, I can only say that Payoneer support and Payoneer support team totally ROCKS! Now, kindly answer my questions in detail:

    1) What are the available withdrawal options for Payoneer India users?
    2) Can we attach multiple Indian bank accounts to our Payoneer account and withdraw some amount to Bank account 1 and some account to bank account 2, etc..
    3) Can a single user have multiple payoneer accounts?
    4) Is there a ewallet system available - meaning: Can we have our funds parked in the online payoneer account whenever someone pays us and withdraw into our bank account as and when required?
    5) Are there check withdrawal options available?

Hope you wont mind my follow up questions :)

    Thanks for the feedback.

    1) For participating partners, residents of India can use our Global Bank Transfer (GBT) Service to withdraw money from their accounts with those partners directly to their bank accounts. Due to RBI regulations we cannot issue the card in India.

    2) We only allow one bank account to be associated with your Payoneer account. You can have multiple partners included on one account.

    3) Generally, we only allow one account per person.

    4) For partners who decide to offer, there is an e-wallet option but it depends on the partner. With our GBT Service the partner transfers the funds they go directly to your bank account. With the card, funds can be kept on the card, but unfortunately, as I mentioned above we cannot issue the card to Indian residents.

    5) There is a check withdrawal option only for participating partners.

Please feel free to follow up with any further questions you might have.
