    What things wouldn't we to do increase rankings because the risk of penalty is too high?

    You need quality backlink but slowly.....Create backlinks with dofollow and nofollow links. And walk with patience:)

    In link building, we should focus on quality rather than quantity. And we should not build links consecutively with the same nature (like only do-follows, same keyword anchor text, etc.)

    There have so many SE factors for rank one website for one keywords. mainly its defend of your keywords competition and your marker competition. all most factors already write above others experts.

    First, you need to understand that this would happen very, very slow! Unique content is the key, you should build backlinks every day (or at least every few days), not build 50 today and not build backlinks in the next 2 months... Then some article or forum marketing should do this job for you! :)

    As for what not to do, buy 100,000 backlinks to a site that is 3 days old, it would scream "fake" to google.

    It is really important to work on all seo techniques such as forum posting , blog posting , directory submission, photo sharing ,article writing ,press release etc .
    but it is really important to make quality backlinks and must be prevent to spam .
    and if your key words are not very competitive then you will got rank soon like in 3 to 4 months .
