    What is roughly your price for a Homepage in a CMS like Wordpress and 5 subpages if we provide the design?

    Also how you will apply this development to an App for the Apple Store using HTML 5?

    Your question is like (what is the cost of a meal for 5 people". The price would depend on what's needed, not how many pages there are. It could run from a couple of hundred dollars to many thousands.

    Price will depend on who is writing the content, how simple the design is given that responsive is now a must have. If the design is structured with nice straight lines between the sections then the price comes down, if there are overlaps that need to be catered for then the price goes up.

    You also need to consider what plugins will need to be sourced/written to give the flexibility needed. A friend's site has the current interest rate displayed in a widget. I didn't want them updating the widget so wrote a plugin to capture that (and other) info.

    I'm guessing someone has asked you for a quote and you are sufficiently new to the game that you don't know how to price it.

    Unless you are talking about viewing the webpage through an app I don't understand this question.

    You can buy premium WP Templates from $40 to above, so you can customize it. If you need contents, also can hire them, So, a good WP website will be ready in $100 - $200 with Templates, Contents, SEO, HTML5 apps.

    Mostly the price will be depends on the website development requirement. Please let us know the what features you will need each pages based on that, I will review the requirement and will update you what price will become for the 5 pages wordpress web development.
